This site is a scam. I ordered a mug on Dec 10. Nothing has arrived. UPS notified me the shipment was confiscated for fraud yet they won’t refund me. Latest is they are producing a new mug 😂 and then shipping it from China again!!! Do not order anything from this company!!
Product excellent! Purchased 3 mugs and they arrived just as pictured on the advertisement. Nostalgia was so welcome and tunes were revisited. 😎 Postage took much longer than expected due to festive season so order well in advance if you are meeting a specific date.
Awesome mug! I got this along with XTC, Rush, and Alice Cooper mugs as a gift for my husband, and he absolutely loved them. All were exactly as described. Thanks for making such a unique item!
I ordered 2 large mugs (Classic Punk & Bon Jovi) and a wallet (Elvis). The mugs arrived - they weren't the best quality. Many of the titles were blurry, but I wasn't complaining as I really loved the concept. The wallet didn't arrive in the same package and I didn't receive any additional tracking information. I immediately reached out via email (could not find a phone number). I received an auto response that did not offer any help. 10 days later, still no response or wallet so I sent another follow-up email. 9 days after that, I finally received a response (20 days after my first email and 34 days since ordering) saying it had been delivered a week prior. I responded that it was not received because my family had moved from that house by that time (it was supposed to be delivered way before their move date) and the lack of tracking info and insanely slow response made it impossible for us to secure it when it supposedly arrived. They responded that because it was eventually delivered, they could not refund but offered a discount for a future purchase - what? Why would anyone want to make another purchase through them?
