I ordered two mugs. The 1st one came in perfect condition and I loved it so much I decided to order one for my brother for his birthday. Unfortunately, the 2nd mug came broken. I reached out to the company and was offered a replacement. The mug came and it was PERFECT!! I will DEFINITELY be ordering from them again! VERY responsive customer service and GREAT product!!

Ordered and received mug for husband's bday. Arrived packaged well and as described.
Cassettes in pic appear larger and words are clearer. One received - actual mug was fine, no damage or chips. The image adhered seemed possibly for a smaller cup. The image didn’t go all the way to the bottom of the mug leaving a gap of mug with no images and cassette images were small and not as crisp lettering.
