Personalized Cassette Mug

I love, love, love this mug that I purchased for my husband. It has cassette titles from all the concerts we've been to, plus one from the artist of "our" song. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is that within half hour of placing my order, I sent an email because I had forgotten one big concert we had been to. There was one I had on the mug that was a cover band so I asked to replace that artist with the one we had been to a concert of the actual band. I know it was less than half an hour from the order until I sent the e-mail so there is no way the work had been started on the mug. The e-mail was completely ignored. Not even a "We're so sorry, but once the order has been placed, there are no changes allowed" email. Nothing. Some kind of response (other than the confirmation e-mail for the order) would have been good customer service. It would have been easy to make the correction to my order, but it was my mistake that I didn't get the order correct, but I feel that some kind of acknowledgement of my e-mail would have been appropriate for good customer service.
