The cups are really neat and done well. Make a great gift for any enthusiast. I ordered 2 cups. 1 came as ordered the other was the wrong mug. Ordered Grateful Dead and got Tribe Called Quest. I didn’t take the bubble wrap off to check it before giving to my 75 year old Dead Head friend….the look on his face of WTF is this was pretty funny. It took about 2 weeks to get from Cali to PA. I notified them via email with picture Of wrong mug and original order number. They did respond within 48 hours to acknowledge the mistake. I’m sure they will make good on it. I do like how you can see the wear on the cassette images they use. It’s a really neat gift
