Mug arrived with a large chip on the inside of the lip. Packaging was intact so it looks to me it was shipped that way. Emailed for a replacement, they responded the next day saying a replacement would be sent but a week later still no notification that it has been sent
The USPS just notified me today that they were seizing the shipment due to counterfeit postage. i will be contesting the charge to my credit card knowing the item won’t be received for Christmas. I will also be posting reviews throughout social media platforms.
