My first order of a Prince mug for my mother for Christmas arrived completely shattered. I was assured that her replacement would be securely packaged. "I will make sure that your replacement is securely wrapped to ensure it arrives safely — we’ll use extra padding beyond the Styrofoam to prevent any issues. I’ll ensure everything is packed with extra care."
Her replacement arrived in tact by the grace of God because it was packaged the exact same way. No extra padding or security beyond Styrofoam 😳

This site is a scam. I ordered a mug on Dec 10. Nothing has arrived. UPS notified me the shipment was confiscated for fraud yet they won’t refund me. Latest is they are producing a new mug 😂 and then shipping it from China again!!! Do not order anything from this company!!
Product excellent! Purchased 3 mugs and they arrived just as pictured on the advertisement. Nostalgia was so welcome and tunes were revisited. 😎 Postage took much longer than expected due to festive season so order well in advance if you are meeting a specific date.
