My first order of a Prince mug for my mother for Christmas arrived completely shattered. I was assured that her replacement would be securely packaged. "I will make sure that your replacement is securely wrapped to ensure it arrives safely — we’ll use extra padding beyond the Styrofoam to prevent any issues.
