My order was lost in transit. I received an email about a replacement, but have not received any information about the new shipment.
I haven’t received it yet. The link to track my order doesn’t work so I have no idea when it will arrive. The fact that you’re asking me to rate an item that hasn’t been delivered is a little troubling to be honest.
Ordered this in November for a Christmas gift. It stated shipped on 11/23 and was in transit with no updates. I reached out this week for an update and was told to wait as the carrier said it was in transit even though it already had been for weeks. I was informed today that the package was seized for counterfeit postage. I reached back out for a refund and hopefully an expedited mug in time for Christmas and am still waiting on a response. Incredibly disappointed.
