Wonderful
unfortunately the first case we received had a fault but the team were very responsive and arranged a new one to be shipped as soon as we contacted them. My daughter loves it! Thank you!
I ordered two of the same mugs at same time.. There was an error in apt number. Package was sent back, tracking number, etc. I received notice from post office package was received by vendor. I had to pay two shipping fees. I was not told this until a couple days after paying first shipping fees. Since I had more than one item, in same order, in one box, I still had two pay a second shipping fee.. it took a long time and two separate shipping fees to receive my one order
