This mug was great. However, I ordered two mugs and then second one has never been delivered. The second mug should be the bigger size and The Smiths. I notified your company when the first mug arrived about the second mug not being in the shipment. They advised they made a mistake and failed to ship the second mug. I still have not received the second mug.
